Tumbling classes are perfect for kids interested in cheerleading, dance, or martial arts. Tumbling class is also terrific for kids who want to stay active and have lots of fun! Drills are included to enhance strength and flexibility necessary for tumbling skills. We offer classes for athletes as young as 2 years to as old as 18 years old. Our classes run from 50 to 55 minutes and are offered on various hours from Monday to Friday. From beginner skills such as cartwheels and handstands to extreme tumbling such as double-fulls and specialty passes, our classes focus on proper technique and progressions with coaches that care about your athlete! Our program is structured so athletes can progress at their own pace. All athletes will be evaluated every 6 weeks. If all required skills have been mastered, our students may graduate to the next class!
Sparks (2-3 Years Old): 45 Minutes
Bolts (4-5 Years Old): 50 Minutes
Our classes are packed with high energy fun, perfect for a little one who is working on building their attention span. These classes are great for children who are ready for instruction from coaches without mom or dad’s direct involvement. This helps to introduce and grow listening skills, turn taking and direction following. Students will use our preschool equipment to develop their strength, coordination, balance, and flexibility. We provide a positive experience with physical fitness in class. It’s an enjoyable physical, mental, and social experience for your child.
